Of course you can see the progress of your docs while they’re getting converted. Just click on the Jobs icon (The spinning one) and a dialog will popup with the jobs currently running and their progress.
Though I couldn’t convert my book because it has some Arabic letters on it and somehow Calibre isn’t supporting it, I tried with encoding utf-8, etc.. But nothing.

@shyamwow81 I use torrents …. or just do a google search of a book you are looking for. I personally go the torrent avenue.

Hi, can you drag PDFs to iTunes (under iBook) and then sync them to your iphone or ipad? I tried – those PDFs seemed in iBook but not synced to my iphone.

What am I missing here? I just dragged and dropped a PDF into my Itunes Library and it synced to both my Iphone + Ipad with no problems.
I can view it fine on both devices.

well, i just dragged my pdf to itunes library first, then moved from ibooks folder in itunes to iphone and it just worked
